Beachtree Properties is seeking an experienced dynamic General Manage to oversee a limited service hotel. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of Esplanade Suites (Esplanade) as the Manager on duty. It will be responsible for ensuring optimum performance and continual growth of both the Retail and Wholesale business. This position will coordinate, direct, and manage all Esplanade employees and operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency, - while maintaining brand standards, as well as upholding the Beachtree Properties, LLC (Beachtree) mission.
Position Goals and
Responsibilities:
This Position manages the business initiatives of Secrets/Heavenly through process management. It creates, implements and maintains business processes and related policies and procedures :
Develop sales strategies to support and exceed inventory goals
Monitor reservations daily to track goals and identify opportunities
Track revenue origins, i.e. Wholesale vs. Retail
Review weekly forecast reports to prepare for adjusting business trends
Manage Operating Expenses to increase profitability
Ensure property remains in compliance with all Local Laws regarding Fire Safety and Federal Laws regarding OSHA
Comply with Beachtree Properties Reporting requirements, including Headquarter support departments
Build partnerships to promote the Beachtree brand through marketing and new business development, - creating an external network to draw upon.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
